Our services (demo)

Six services, explained in plain words.

For each service: what you notice at home, what the visit looks like, and why waiting makes it worse.

Drain clearing

What you notice

The sink empties slowly, the shower turns into a pond, or a smell rises from the drain.

The visit

We locate the blockage, run the right tools through it, and make sure the water flows out fully before we leave.

Why not wait

A slow drain ends up fully blocked, usually at the worst moment. Water damage costs more than drain clearing.

Water heaters

What you notice

Hot water runs out, comes and goes for no reason, or the tank leaves a mark on the floor.

The visit

We inspect the tank and its fittings, then tell you plainly: repair or replace, with the price before we start.

Why not wait

A leaking tank does not fix itself. Waiting puts the floor, and everything under it, at risk.

Leaks and faucets

What you notice

A faucet drips, a stain spreads on the ceiling, or the water meter turns while everything is off.

The visit

We find where the water comes from, stop the leak, and replace what is worn.

Why not wait

Water travels. A small hidden leak damages drywall, insulation and wood long before you see it.

Toilets

What you notice

The toilet runs nonstop, clogs often, or rocks at the base.

The visit

We fix the parts inside the tank or the seal, or replace the whole toilet, and leave it clean.

Why not wait

A running toilet wastes water day and night, and a tired seal ends in ceiling damage.

Sump pumps

What you notice

The pump keeps turning on, makes a new noise, or the water in the pit stays high.

The visit

We test the pump, the check valve and the float, and replace whatever is no longer reliable.

Why not wait

Pumps fail during a big storm, never on a dry day. That pump is your basement's insurance.

Renovation and rough-in

What you notice

You are redoing the bathroom, kitchen or basement, and plumbing needs to move or be added.

The visit

We plan with you, install to code, and work with your other trades.

Why not wait

Plumbing goes in before the drywall. Planned well, it saves you from undoing new work.

Frequently asked questions

How does your pricing work?

We look at the problem on site, explain what needs doing, and give you the price before we start. No surprises on the bill: if anything changes along the way, you hear it from us first.

Do you serve Aylmer?

Yes. We serve Hull, Aylmer, Gatineau, Buckingham and Masson-Angers.

Is service in French or in English?

Both. You pick the language, on the phone and on the job.

How fast can you come?

It depends on the time of day and how urgent it is. Tell us what is happening: if water is running, we guide you on the phone right away to limit the damage.

Should I shut my water off before you arrive?

If water is running where it should not, yes. Close the main valve, usually near the water meter in the basement. Not sure? Call, and we walk you through it.

What should I do before you arrive?

Clear the way to the problem, move anything you care about away from the wet area, and take photos for your insurance. The rest is our job.
